Hey Guys! A little struggle secret is that we like to use the Martha White muffin mix as pancake mix and it is so good. Our favorites are the blueberry + strawberry cheesecake mix. Everything you would need is on the back of the muffin mix package which is typically just an egg + milk. Try it out and let me know what you think.
