Red Beans + Rice

I learned how to cook Red Beans in college from my Great Grandmother Doris, walking me through it step-by-step. My grandmother passed away my Senior year of college and I still like to make Red Beans + Rice when I miss her.

Everyone makes Red Beans + Rice differently which is cool but I prefer simple indigents and steps that won’t complicate things or overwhelm me.
