Struggle Cook Chronicles

Froberg’s Farm

With this being Clark’s first official Spring Break, we wanted to do something that we had never done before. I remember picking plums with my Grandmother when I was his age quite a few times when I was younger. I couldn’t find any plum farms but I did find this massive strawberry farm. Froberg’s Farm is located in Alvin, TX and you are allowed to pick strawberries from January to May.

The pricing was fairly reasonable as a bucket for $1.25 was required to pick your own strawberries and $3.00 a pound on whatever you want to take home. There was also a Country Store on-site that had these best sausage on the stick that I have ever tasted in my life. I meant to get a picture but it was just so good that I just kept eating it. I will do better next time. I promise.
