God really blessed me with some great siblings. Our Mom raised us to be each other’s number one supporter and when we think that we have no one to count on, we always have each other.
Meet my little sister Carii. She graduated with honors from college and nursing school and is currently a Neuro Nurse at a top hospital here in Houston. That’s right, she’s a BEAUTY and she has BRAINS! Since I love my sister so-ooooooooo much, I felt it was only right that I make her bridal shower bomb.com!
The bridesmaids and I chose Sharespace for the venue as it was a great price, it was spacious and was a great canvas to create the mood we were going for. While we loovvee the bride, we didn’t want to break the bank when it came to the shower. Our bride made it really easy on us as she really only requested Mimosa’s and a Jeopardy game.
The gold frame for the Mimosa Bar is from the Dollar Tree. The glasses that we chose are a reusable hard plastic that looked like glass and the straws were an added touch from Oriental Trading. The small white ramekin dishes, the glass juice containers, and the mini tons are from Amazon.
Our Mimosa Bar had Champagne with the juice mixer options of Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Grapefruit Juice. We offered strawberries and blueberries to give the guest a chance to top the drink with fruit.
The amazing bar kart is a gem that I have in my home that I found at Home Goods. The ballons in the cart and on the swing were done by fellow Matron of Honor Keiara. Thanks so much Ke!
We served Maple Bacon, Turkey Bacon, Eggs, Grits, Lemon Pepper Chicken Wings, Original Chicken Wings, a Waffle Bar with strawberries, blueberries, pecans, and powder sugar and Greens by my boo, the Struggle Cook Mr.
Precious + Jocelin did amazing on the games!
Literally, my goal was for her to smile and cry. We are those people that cry when we are really happy and she did both.
The bride and her maids 🙂 We are available to plan and put on events for a fee of course.
Check out this amazing video of the shower from Eloquence Avenue.
