I’ve really been trying to ease back into the “normal” since the craziness of Hurricane Harvey. I like most bought an abundance of food and now I’ve been trying to make sure we actually eat it all versus it going to waste.
I made our own little salad bar for dinner and everyone had seconds. I chopped up a cucumber, boiled eggs and finely chopped it, added cheese, nicely crisped turkey bacon, turkey deli meat and croutons with Italian or ranch dressing. It was Struggle-lious!
