Buffalo Chicken Sliders + Sweet Potato Fries


What you need:

  • butter
  • Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breast
  • Buffalo Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • Honey Mustard (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
  • Sweet Potato Fries
  • Provolone Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tony Chacere’s Creole Seasoning

Lesson’s Learned in no particular order:

  • Turn down the fire so that grease is not popping all of the place
  • Slice the chicken verses shredding it so that it stays on the bun
  • Put Clark’s chicken to the side and cover his with honey mustard and the buffalo sauce
  • Only add 1 cup of buffalo sauce and not the entire bottle
  • Add butter to the sauce and not milk
  • Don’t check Instagram while toasting the buns
