What you need:
- butter
- Chicken Thighs or Chicken Breast
- Buffalo Sauce (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- Honey Mustard (I used Sweet Baby Ray’s)
- Sweet Potato Fries
- Provolone Cheese
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tony Chacere’s Creole Seasoning
Lesson’s Learned in no particular order:
- Turn down the fire so that grease is not popping all of the place
- Slice the chicken verses shredding it so that it stays on the bun
- Put Clark’s chicken to the side and cover his with honey mustard and the buffalo sauce
- Only add 1 cup of buffalo sauce and not the entire bottle
- Add butter to the sauce and not milk
- Don’t check Instagram while toasting the buns
