Being 29 weeks pregnant I have been craving some crazy things. Today I was craving Brussel Sprouts + Sausage for some reason and boy was it good! I did my first ever time-lapse video and I’m pretty proud of it.
I washed the Brussel Sprouts and chopped of the bottom where the stem is and took 2 or 3 of the outer leaves off. The outer leaves always look old or extra dirty so to be safe, I just got rid of them. The sausage was simple to prep as I just cut pieces from the link and then cut each piece in half again. Using a plain baking sheet, I lined it with foil and sprayed non-stick vegetable oil on it. I placed my sausage and sprouts on the baking sheet and covered them with a good amount of olive oil then seasoned with salt, pepper and grated Parmesan Cheese. Baked in the oven for 15-20 minuets and lunch was served! Let me know if you try this and what you think.
