I was craving something sweet so bad and came across a recipe from The Stay at Home Chef on Facebook that seemed pretty easy and looked amazing. Let’s just say that I did not have a pastry bag to make the churros shape and mine came out tasting GREAT but looking straight up CRAZY!
I will for sure attempt to make this again as my Clark has already requested it again. But next time I will for sure use a pastry bag and I realized that I didn’t need all of the cup of sugar that the recipe called for. I only used about half of the sugar and it could be because mine were not the size that they were supposed to be but they were still edible though!
Time To Make It: 30 minutes
Yield: A lot, but never enough
Ingredients:
4 cups vegetable or canola oil for frying
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
